2026 Summer Internship Positions

• 2) London to Toronto corridor north
• 3) London to Toronto corridor south
• 4) Eastern Ontario
• 5) Southcentral Manitoba.

Maizex Seeds is an innovative, Canadian farmer-owned seed company growing to meet the needs of producers across Canada, with a product offering in Ontario for corn, soybeans, and forages.

We are currently looking for self-motivated individuals who want to be on the leading edge of new seed solutions for today’s farmer in the role of Summer Intern. The position term is from late April to the end of August 2026.

These roles support our Territory Managers and provide an excellent opportunity to learn about the seed industry, the foundation of agriculture in Canada. The role includes the following:

• Seed logistics as required through the spring
• Assistance in planting and managing a range of sales and agronomy test plots
• Plot growth stage evaluations
• Supporting dealer business activities through the summer including grower tours, yield estimates, and field signing

Desired qualifications:

• A diploma or degree student in agriculture or related field
• Driver’s licence with insurable driving record
• Good interpersonal skills
