This person will be responsible for but not limited to making sure that the department runs at the Company set efficiency , will insure that breakdowns are restored in the quickest and safest means possible , will assist production in the daily operation of the department, being proactive to production needs. They will assume the supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence and help train fell ow team members/new hires in areas as needed.
