JOB TITLE: AG CHEMICAL / SEED SALES

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2- or 4-year Agronomy or Ag-related degree preferred
- Any type of Ag-related sales preferred, especially Ag Chem and/or Seed
- Client will consider a New College Graduate who has had one or more summer Agronomy-related internships
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skill set
- Performance-driven mindset
- A relationship-builder
- Laser-focused, customer service skills
- Solid ability to have productive farm gate conversations
- High integrity with strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Preference for an individual who grew up in or is presently located in Eastern Nebraska

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Eastern Nebraska Ag Employer looking to hire an Ag Chem/Seed Salesperson for their location. This individual will be an integral member of the Agronomy Team, will enjoy engaging farmer conversations around crop protection and seed and will flourish in a fast-paced and exciting work environment that is rapidly expanding and immensely successful.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of best agronomic practices used in Central Nebraska cropping systems, will be sales-driven, will thrive on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and will view this role with an understanding of the "long game".
