A customer focused, community oriented bank seeks individual with strong background in agriculture. Sr. VP will be retiring in 12-18 months; goal is to have ag lender ready take over the portfolio as well as take on some management responsibilities.  Prefer 3 or more years' experience in lending. Excellent advancement opportunity. Prefer BS Degree in Ag Business, Business or Finance.
