A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE AGRICULTURAL/COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST

This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business loans and deposits while delivering personalized financial solutions to members. Key accountabilities include business development, credit adjudication, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The position also supports member relations, account reviews, collections, and team development to achieve organizational goals.

 

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ credit granting or Agricultural/Commercial Industry or agricultural sales experience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive business development.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and effective communication skills at all levels.
