Prime location for family.  Small town location but not far from Metro area.  This bank works with farm operations (mostly dairy and crops).  The candidate will handle $30MM portfolio.  Several bank branches in this community bank.  Request from bank:  Apply ONLY if you absolutely like "small town atmosphere".  You have to become part of the community--community involvement vital.
