QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED; post-secondary degree or certificate in Automotive Technology or other related field
- Minimum 1 year experience selling automotive parts to customers
- Supervisory/Leadership experience in a retail environment
- Good knowledge/understanding of auto parts, specifications, applications, and trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Store Manager for an established organization located in northeast Nebraska. Ideal candidate will have experience managing an auto parts store or experience supervising auto technicians. Responsibilities to include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations including 3 store personnel
- Managing procurement of auto parts, inventory, and distribution within store
- Team training and coordination
- Providing excellent customer service
- Compliance and reporting
