We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.
As an Elders Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your strong leadership and people management skills will enable you to support and empower your sales team, helping them thrive within a well-established and supportive network.
Responsibilities
Building, Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential
Generating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide personalised opportunities to strengthen the growth of their businesses
Cultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence
Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products
Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders' zero-harm culture
Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
About you
Have a proven track record in driving sales and team leadership in an agricultural setting
Experience b uilding exceptional relationships with a variety of stakeholders including employees and clients.
Are resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for your team, clients and the community
Understand that people are our most important asset, and how to create a thriving environment.
Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required
This role could be suited for a candidate with a high level of rural services experience
