We’re seeking an Dairy Farm Manager to join the team and help lead and grow this innovative operation in Wyoming County, NY.

About the Role

As Manager, you will work closely with the dedicated team to ensure the operation runs at a high level and achieves key performance goals. You’ll be hands-on with daily operations, employee communication and training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the Dairy Manager to oversee daily operations
• Train, mentor, and communicate effectively with employees to foster a high-performing team
• Help manage scheduling, supply ordering, and operational repairs
• Monitor and improve parlor performance and herd health
• Attend weekly and monthly team meetings to track progress and set priorities
• Identify and implement improvements in efficiency and animal care

What We’re Looking For

• Strong dairy background and hands-on herd experience
• Familiarity with herd management software (e.g., Dairy Comp 305)
• Excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
• Some leadership experience preferred
• Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
