What You'll Do:

Reporting into the Toogoolawah Branch Manager, the focus of your role will be to ensure orders are delivered safely on farm and in full. Tasks are varied and will include:

• Goods receipt and dispatch 
• Management of stock, pick and pack orders
• Forklift operation
• Goods receipt and dispatch
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Inventory control
• Assisting with sales in the branch when required
• Merchandising and processing sales transactions
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment

What You'll Bring:

To be successful you will be a self-motivated and driven person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships. In addition, you will have:

• Truck licence – either MR or HR is required.
• A current drivers’ licence and forklift ticket is required.  
• Focus on safety for yourself and your workmates.
• Prior inventory and stock control experience
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills 
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize the workload whilst ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner
