Must have a good work history and attendance record
Must have a history of safe work practices
Must take or have taken and pass the class 'C" maintenance test
Must be familiar with plant safety policies
Will be required to participate on Hazwoper team. Must pass all required test to qualify for emergency respond team. ( for example...hazwoper training, pulmonary function testing and respirator fit testing)
Must demonstrate the following basic electrical skills :
How to use a standard volt/ohm meter
How t o use an amp probe
Must understand and read electrical diagrams
Must have troubleshooting skills of 110, 220, 480, (3phase) electrical circuits
Must demonstrate basic welding skills
Must purchase an maintain the minimum tools required to work in this position
Must be able to work 7 day rotation schedule
Must have basic knowledge of both first and second processing plant operations
Will perform all other work as directed by maintenance management
Must obey all USDA, HACCP, an PLANT rules and regulations including safety
Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral
