Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for good equipment operator for this central Nebraska row crop producer. Progressive row crop producer in Nebraska is seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator who is also willing and ideally able to drive a semi for local grain hauls. This role is flexible and can be tailored to the individual s strengths, but preference will be given to candidates who are open to doing both equipment operation and truck driving, depending on the time of year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a wide variety of modern farm equipment used in planting, spraying, harvesting, and general fieldwork (corn and other row crops).
• Haul grain and farm commodities locally using semi-trucks and hopper-bottom trailers; home every night.
• Perform daily equipment checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Adapt to varied tasks and changing responsibilities throughout the season.
• Be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy able to work independently and take initiative.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience operating farm equipment; familiarity with precision ag technology a plus.
• Willingness and ability to drive truck when needed; CDL required or willingness to obtain one.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Flexible, family-oriented mindset; willing to pitch in wherever needed.
