QUALIFICATIONS:

- Plant to harvest experience
- Self-propelled sprayer experience a plus
- Routine maintenance and general repairs
- Team player, motivated, trustworthy and has reliability to go the extra step
- Experience with quad tracs and 4-wheel drive wheeled tractor pulling large equipment, guidance, and precision are all a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Colorado farm searching for a good crop production employee. Need someone who is a team player and a hard worker. Great working environment with long-term opportunities. Mostly all late model Case equipment and excellent shop & grain facilities. Need someone who takes pride in what they do and is self-motivated. It would be a plus if person has experience operating equipment from plant to harvest, including a self-propelled sprayer or at least willing to learn. All employees are required to obtain a Colorado applicators license, so that all can pick up and transport around the farm. CDL is not required but do need to have some experience around a semi and have a good driving record. They cover a wide area, so one could live in several communities in the area giving options in schools, employment opportunities for a spouse if desired. Currently provide 100% health for employee after first 90 days, and one can add spouse and dependents to the policy for coverage. Currently on salary but may look at going hourly.
