Farm Lead (1211)

Be the "right hand" for this progressive, growing diversified crop operation. A 3,000 acre operation consisting of corn, soybeans, edible beans, sugar beets and sweet corn. Responsible for managing field operations. Duties include execution of annual farm operating plan. Provide leadership and training to the team and maintain/develop relationships with new land owners.  Requires 3+ years in crop farming or agronomy, along with leadership or supervisory experience. Will teach about specialty crops, as long as strong crop farming experience. Prefer AS or BS degree.
