QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience and understanding of Ag and Heavy equipment
- Person needs to be mechanically inclined
- Diagnose and repair Electrical, Hydraulic, HVAC, Braking, Engine, Powertrain systems, etc.
- Order parts when needed
- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness
- Planting through harvest experience preferred
- Prefer a CDL or at least be willing and able to get CDL
- Prefer welding and fabricating experience
- Late model farm equipment
- Experience with elevators, bins and dryers
- Good listener, responsible, proactive and forward thinking, take direction

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good Right-Hand Man for this Montana Crop Producer. Person needs to be proactive, forward thinking and able to handle anything that comes up on the farm. This person needs to be mechanically inclined, who can handle more than just routine maintenance but who can also help with the handle overall maintenance of the farm. Need to be a good communicator and work well with others and on their own. Big plus if person has run a planter and has done all phases of crop production, but candidate needs strong mechanical aptitude with at least a general farm background at a minimum. Plus if person knows grain storage and dryers. Prefer a person to have operated a semi tractor trailer. Main focus of this position is handling equipment repairs and maintenance there in the shop first and crop production and equipment operation second.
