Our client, a family-owned company with over 55 years of proudly supporting American agriculture, is built on integrity, values, and lifelong relationships.

They are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations at their feed manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a natural problem-solver with a passion for agriculture, leadership, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead mill operations to achieve production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and service.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep for reliable, efficient operations.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a strong, motivated team.
  • Manage inbound/outbound logistics for smooth product flow.
  • Partner with Sales, Accounting, and Management with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure products meet formula standards and uphold the company’s reputation for quality.
  • Promote a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain facilities that reflect high standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in agriculture, livestock, or feed milling (preferred).
  • Strong leadership background with team management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance knowledge.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, state agriculture departments a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a physical, hands-on role (climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Secondary education preferred, but not required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay + overtime.
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage, with optional Life Insurance.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.
  • 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 3%.
  • Stability of a 55+ year legacy with the close-knit culture of a family business.

Join a team where integrity, relationships, and innovation come together to support people, customers, and American agriculture.
