Experienced Agricultural Salesperson Looking for a Fresh Challenge?

Join a well-established feed manufacturer known for producing high quality ruminant feed and delivering exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for an sales representative to take ownership of a thriving territory covering Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire. You’ll inherit an existing customer ledger, supporting farmers with their feeding requirements and managing orders. This is a field based role with regular travel to farms.

This position forms part of a longer term succession plan, offering the right candidate the chance to step into a well established patch and develop their career with a stable, forward thinking business.

Alongside maintaining strong relationships with current customers, you’ll be expected to grow the business by identifying and engaging new farms.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience selling directly to farmers
• Strong understanding of ruminant nutrition
• Confident communicator with a customer first mindset
• Based in or near the territory
• Full UK driving licence

The role:

• Provide feeding advice and product support
• Build strong relationships with farmers
• Manage feed orders and customer accounts
• Travel across the territory visiting farms
• Drive business development and sales growth
