Fleet Manager – On-Site | Near Seattle, WA


Our client, a leading wholesale greenhouse and distribution company, is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee daily delivery operations and driver management. This on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of daily driver routes and fleet logistics.
  • Ride along with drivers to gain first-hand understanding of operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, responding quickly to any disruptions.
  • Partner with management on staffing, labor planning, and fleet resource allocation.
  • Lead fleet operations efficiently while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Set and achieve operational goals, driving continuous improvement across the team.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably managing drivers.
  • Experience in logistics, fleet management, or warehouse/production operations.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations, Lean/Six Sigma, and local geography a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
