About the role.

McCain’s Utility team in Easton, ME is currently looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team.  This role operates various types of forklifts to retrieve supplies for the reworking of damaged cases. 

What you’ll be doing.

• Operates forklifts and other types of lifts (Ie. Boom lift) to retrieve supplies and damaged cases.
• Performs daily and downtime sanitation as required.
• Records transactions in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 computer systems.
• Repairs or recases damaged product cases. 
   

What you’ll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of three months of related experience and/or training.
• Required to complete certification through the McCain Operator Training Program
• Have or be able to obtain:
• McCain Forklift Certification
• McCain Boom Lift Certification
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Compensation Package:  - Starting at 21.18 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
