About the role.

McCain’s Warehouse in Easton, ME is currently looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team.  This role drives Standup and Sit down electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as a forklift, boom lift, lift beam, elevating platform of hitch to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, to move product in and out of the warehouse.

 

What you’ll be doing.

  • Move levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
  • Position forks under loaded pallets or tote boxes and transports load to designated area.
  • Unload and stack material by raising or lowering lifting device.
  • May be required to supply workers with materials and supplies as needed.
     

What you’ll need to be successful.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum of three months of related experience and/or training.
  • Required to complete certification through the McCain Operator Training Program
  • Have or be able to obtain:
  • McCain Forklift Certification
  • McCain Aerial Lift Certification
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Compensation Package:  - Starting at 23.07 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
