JOB DESCRIPTION
• Must keep track of all inventory • Must have basic computer skills and/or knowledge of SAP programs, Excel etc. • Must be able to load or unload materials into or off pallets, 40-50lbs • Must be available for overtime (40hrs/wk.) and/or weekend work (Sat/Sun), as required to meet deadlines • Must be able to communicate with management to insure all warehouse supplies are available and maintained to insure plant operation. • Must be able to take inventories, packaging, film, chemicals etc. • Must have high work ethic, able to work with all levels of management, USDA • Must be able to operate a sit down forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand jack operation • Responsible for housekeeping schedules
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to comprehend simple instructions Ability to apply common sense. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees) Ability to stand and use hands for 8-12 hours per day Ability to multitask and work quickly Must have good communication skills. Good hand and eye coordination required. High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Food or production
