Seneca Foods Corporation of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, currently has an opening for full-time Maintenance Mechanic.
Responsibilities:
Repair and maintenance of canning room equipment, etc.Maintenance of other areas as instructed.Appropriate budget planning and cost control.Seasonal employee supervision.Pack duties as assigned.Employee relations.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.Good communication skills.Good mechanical repair and trouble shooting skills.Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
