Maintenance Supervisor (KH-10278)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
- Degreed preferred. Will consider off-setting industry experience.
- 3+ years of plant maintenance experience in a Food or Chemical Processing operation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, to include professional oral and written communication, a team-focused approach, and the ability to model composure/make decisions in stressful situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food manufacturing facilities (esp. poultry)
Regulatory compliance knowledge, including USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety (SQF)
Strong computerized maintenance management system knowledge, ammonia refrigeration experience a plus

• Coordination of maintenance work orders and
• Effective utilization of the team to address plant process, equipment, and facility upkeep
