The individual selected for this position will assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the Marination de partment. This person will be required but not limited to: SSOP and HACCP che cks, rotation of partners, production orders, quality of product and safety in the department. Will also be responsible for preparing batches of marinade for different orders. This position will require working on the line.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma preferred. Previous foreperson /management experience preferred but not required.

Excellent work, safety and attendance record
Ability to work well with management and fellow partners
Responsible for cleaning and operating the injector (filters, belts, tanks)
Must be able to prepare paperwork on mixing marinades
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
