We are currently seeking experienced Mortgage Brokers to join our close-knit, Darwin team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a trusted financial partner, you will thrive on building lasting relationships and making a real impact in your local communities. Supported by a strong referral pipeline from our local real estate and rural teams, you will be the first point of contact for customers - delivering tailored lending solutions to a variety of clients through their home loan journey. Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Broker, you will:
Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with senior management on strategies for business growth
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
About You
To succeed at Elders, you have:
Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma
Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes
Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
