Position Overview:

Titan Lansing a wholly owned subsidiary of the Andersons is a frac sand processing logistics and transloading companyÂwith bulk commodity rail and storage facilities in Lubbock Levelland Fort Stockton and McCamey TX Carlsbad NM and Oklahoma City OK. Titan Lansing owns and operates frac sand processing facilities in North Branch MN and Oklahoma City OK distributing to the oil and gas industry. This position is responsible for performing plant operations and general site maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily assigned duties while maintaining company standards for safety product quality and production.
  • Operate and maintain equipment including control room systems transloaders conveyor systems structures UTVs mobile equipment and hand tools.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and daily inspections of conveyors rollers bearings belt tracking pneumatic systems and overall plant conditions.
  • Complete scheduled greasing for belts elevators and mobile equipment.
  • Conduct bucket tests and report any oversize material or screen issues.
  • Identify and troubleshoot leaks equipment failures and sand buildup resolving issues when possible or escalating to supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain plant housekeeping and ensure sand is cleared from areas where it should not accumulate.
  • Operate and support maintenance of Rotex screens and crushers including screen changes and quality monitoring.
  • Assist with scheduled maintenance activities such as bearing changes and other in-house mechanical projects.
  • Inspect and sign off on fire extinguishers for both plant and mobile equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support evaluations or adjustments as required.

  • Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience
  • Works within established procedures
  • Completes work with a moderate degree of supervision

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-2 yearsâ relevant experience required

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental conditions extremes in temperature and hazards associated with equipment operations and material handling. This position requires heavy 51lb â 100lbs lifting pushing and pulling frequently. This position also requires employees to stand walk reach overhead squat or kneel bend and grasp frequently.
