Principal Accountabilities
Pulling in pallets, feeding the line, packing, tape machine and stack off
Be able to stack and scan boxes
Be able to perform basic math
Perform ongoing assigned lead activities including activities such as, providing support to the team, provide new hire training, etc
Setup multiple non-similar machines that require moderate to complex setup and assist others
Feed materials into machine, operate and monitor machine operations, according to production schedules and make complex adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met
Use hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, trouble shoot complex machine issues, support other Operators in troubleshooting and providing guidance
Track production and quality records both manually and electronically
Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack
Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lockout-tag outs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be willing to work overtime as needed including weekends as needed
Able to lift product and boxes weighing up to 60 lbs to heights of 80 inches throughout each day
Standing for majority of the shift
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehousing experience
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
