We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join the growing team on a Permanent basis. This role is available on a Full-time or Part-time basis and offers hybrid working.
As our Pricing Analyst, you will support pricing integrity and optimisation across the AIRR range of rural products, aligning with AIRR's national pricing strategy. Based at our Derrimut warehouse, you'll play a key role in managing product pricing data, resolving discrepancies, and delivering pricing insights that support commercial decision-making.
This is a collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with data, and brings a continuous improvement mindset to pricing and promotional processes.
Responsibilities As a Pricing Analyst, you will:
Maintain pricing accuracy and integrity across systems, including data reviews, reconciliations, and uploads
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to manage pricing updates and support promotional activities
Investigate and resolve invoice pricing variances in partnership with Accounts Payable
Support the execution of pricing strategies in line with business objectives
Prepare for and participate in key commercial events, including the annual AIRR Members Conference
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of pricing systems and master data management
About you To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a strong eye for detail
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and manage large data sets
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience in pricing, retail, or rural product supply (agri-sector experience desired)
A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
