What You'll Do:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Labourer to join our manufacturing team in our new state of the art manufacturing facility in Laverton North. In this role, you’ll:

• Operate automated packaging lines and various plant equipment.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Support quality control processes for end-use products and packaging.
• Monitor safe work practices and assist in promoting a safety-first culture.
• Wrap, strap, and stage stock on pallets for correct loading and dispatch.
• Label and cap drums used in production.
• Fill products into designated pack sizes using appropriate machinery.
• Conduct stock counts and complete associated paperwork as required.
• Assist with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including cleaning and line clearances.
• Perform other reasonable duties to support the success of the production facility.
• Operate forklifts and walkie stackers to move and stage stock for production and warehousing.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (agricultural or chemical industry preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Forklift license (essential).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
