Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping up soybean product and byproduct
Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc.
Monitor product quality specifications
Collect product samples and transport them to the lab
Utilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and process equipment operation
Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
Monitor and measure tank levels
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shifts
