About the role
As a Residential Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for the prospecting, listing, and sale of residential properties in the Circular Head region. Your knowledge of local market trends, buyer behaviour, and property presentation will enable you to deliver informed advice and build trusted relationships with vendors and buyers alike.

You'll work closely with homeowners, investors, and prospective buyers to provide detailed appraisals, market insights, and tailored marketing strategies that showcase each property's unique features and lifestyle appeal. Success in this role requires strong community connections, a professional and polished approach, and the ability to confidently navigate both digital and traditional marketing platforms to drive interest and secure the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Rep, you will:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for residential properties, from appraisal to settlement
  • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups to drive interest and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver a seamless sales experience
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns to maximise property exposure
  • Accurately appraise properties and provide informed market advice to clients
  • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements


About you

To succeed at Elders, you have:
  • Valid Real Estate licence and a current driver's licence (essential)
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of the North West region
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and AgentBox (preferred)
  • Articulate communication skills (written and verbally) with the ability to easily establish relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
