We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Associate to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Sales Associate supporting leading sales agents and property management department you'll dive into the dynamic world of prospecting for new business, learning from one of the top agents in the field. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants of a wider range of properties and build a powerful network within the industry, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career.
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support the sales agents and property managers in delivering outcomes for their clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team and property management team in identifying and qualifying new sales and management opportunities
Assist prepare property appraisals, listings and promoting open homes
Building and maintaining authentic buyer and clientele relationships
Managing buyer and property management enquiries and accurately maintaining databases
Provide open home support, coordinate appointments, photo shoots and inspections
General administration as required
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Property Management experience and current Registration Certificate or be advanced in your training to obtain a license
Current driver's license with suitable vehicle
Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or customer focussed environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient using Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work Monday - Friday(some weekend work required)
An eagerness to develop and grow your Real Estate career
