We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow partnerships and revenue across FoodGrads, Careersinfood.com Canada, the That’s a Food Job! podcast, and related initiatives. This role connects employers and advertisers with opportunities to reach talent and audiences across Canada’s food and beverage processing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sell job posting, advertising, and sponsorship packages to food and beverage employers.
Identify and qualify leads for recruitment and partnership opportunities.
Develop and deliver custom proposals to meet client marketing and hiring goals.
Recruit employers for events and industry engagement initiatives.
Maintain relationships to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food, media, or recruitment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.
Proficient with CRM systems (salesforce) and digital outreach tools.
