Regular Duties / Responsibilities:
- Serve customers and take seed orders.
- Collate local seed orders and despatch them.
- Prepare chemical and inoculate seed.
- Mix seed as required.
- Data entry, including invoicing.
- Keep the Seed Sales area and surrounds clean and tidy.
- Maintain required stock levels.
- Research products.
- Assist with trial plots and field days.
- General maintenance as required.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
- Adhere to all aspects of WHS.
- Work with manager on all export, sales and purchasing.
- Cover manager when required to do so.
Relationships / Consults with:
- Maintain a good working relationship with others in Seed Sales, Despatch, Warehousing, Maintenance and all other staff.
- Be polite and courteous to all customers, clients and contacts.
- Concerns, including quality control and other issues may be taken to Brett or a Senior Manager.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Previous experience is not essential. Training will be provided.
- Forklift licence.
- Chemcert certificate.
