Service Manager (316)

Oversee service department. Requires knowledge in day-to-day operations of ag service dealership with the ability to motivate, lead and monitor performance of service techs. Problem solver. Deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to customers. Build relationships with customers, serve as liaison between techs, operations manager and customers. Close work orders, accurately file product warranty claims. Prefer 2+ years experience in equipment  industry with strong customer service skills.
