This is a senior role where you can make a real difference to British livestock farming. You will lead a high-performing team, shape strategy, and build influential relationships across the sector, with a particular focus on beef and sheep farming.
You will champion initiatives that support farmers, promote best practice, and improve productivity and sustainability. Sharing knowledge and insights across the sector will be a core part of your role, while ensuring programmes and events deliver real impact.
Managing a team of 8, you will oversee projects from planning to delivery, build trusted relationships with farmers and industry stakeholders, and use data and insights to inform long-term strategies. Your work will directly influence the future of British livestock farming.
The role is home-based with national travel when required.

About you:
Significant knowledge of livestock production and British farming
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational improvements.
Excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with a track record of shaping long-term plans and driving growth
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing agricultural environment
Willing to travel nationally and hold a full UK driving licence.
