About the role

As our Support Officer Logistics, you'll play a key role in keeping our Moruya Ag, Horse & Pet branch running smoothly. In this varied and hands-on role, you'll be responsible for warehousing, stock control and supporting our customers across the full sales process-from processing orders through to dispatch.

With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, you'll ensure the right products get to the right place, at the right time. Backed by the strength of a national rural supply network, you'll have access to the tools, support and career opportunities to help you grow.

Responsibilities

As a Support Officer Logistics, you will:
  • Receive, handle, store and dispatch rural products safely and accurately
  • Pick and pack customer orders to meet delivery timeframes
  • Assist with stocktakes and general inventory control
  • Support customers by processing sales, preparing quotes and invoices
  • Carry out general branch admin tasks, including banking, purchasing and reporting


About you

To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
  • A current forklift licence and Medium Rigid truck licence
  • Experience working in a fast-paced logistics, warehousing or customer service environment
  • Basic knowledge of rural or agricultural products, or a willingness to learn
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
